I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I ordered via an ordering service, but I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I tried both the chicken and vegetable chili momos, as well as the egg fried rice. While the rice was a bit more oily than I would have cared for, all components of my meal were quite flavorful. If I had to choose between the chicken and vegetable chili, I THINK I'd go with the vegetable one because I really liked the chili components, especially when I added them on top of my rice. Both momos I tried were the steamed version and I feel they were perfectly constructed. I was worried with the reviews saying the dumpling itself was too thick, but I personally didn't find that to be the case. Serving size was also sufficient for the cost. I wouldn't mind ordering from Resunga again!

Absolutely delicious. The food reminded me of the indo Chinese food we get in India and it took me back to those times. The taste of momos is amazing they are a little doughy but still amazing. The chow mein and the red spicy sauce is also fab

Tasty Nepali Chow Mein! Daughter and I approve the noodles! Came on a Friday night and employee was on the phone taking orders so we waited awhile for him to complete. Took about 10 minutes for our food to be ready which was okay, since we walked around for other items to purchase.

My favorite place to get Nepali food and fast! This is my go to stop when heading to Tahoe and/or The Delta. Food is made to order and always piping hot and fresh! A pro is that they are always willing to give me extra sauce :)

I can't believe I missed reviewing this place last time. Since moving to Tracy, we've been searching for a good momos spot, and this food truck was a fantastic discovery. It didn't disappoint both times we ordered. The food is fresh, authentic, flavorful, and hits the spot. Last night, we did a takeaway of chicken chow mein, and we were thrilled. Freshness and flavor were spot on. Even though it's a bit of a drive, we don't mind for such quality food.

We casually stopped at the Lathrop food truck plaza to try some Indian food and we came across this food truck. This food truck definitely beats the Everest momo and inchin's bamboo garden from the bay area. Chilli chicken -5/5, we asked for the spicy and we got the fiery hot chicken with onion and peppers. Chicken chow mein- 5/5, I can say the chef must have got the best experience with the wok Coming to the momos, all of them are really fresh. The veg fried momo is the best, it just melts in your mouth. Chicken momo steamed- 4/5 Veg fried momo- 5/5 Chilli fried veg momo- 4/5 The dipping sauce for the momos is not that great. If you are looking for a perfect Indian street food nostalgic experience this is the place. Beware of the spice levels, I would recommend to go mild. Everything comes in a togo package, we can eat anywhere in the food truck plaza.
